Shipping & Returns
Unless you request a later ship date, all in-stock items will ship out within two business days of purchase. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEX. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact us at 415.921.8000 for options and applicable charges.
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not permitted, unless your product arrives damaged and we are notified within three (3) business days of receipt of the damaged product. Once notified, The Candy Store will, at its sole discretion, either replace the damaged product, offer store credit toward a future purchase, or refund the amount of the purchase. Should The Candy Store decide to issue a refund, such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
